Infoblox is proud to invest in your health and future by providing comprehensive benefits that support your and your family's total wellbeing. We invite you to review your benefits and take advantage of all the support and programs offered.

Open Enrollment for the 2025 plan year is now closed. This year’s Open Enrollment begins Tuesday, November 26th and ends Friday, December 13th. Be sure to remember these dates as there will be no exceptions for late enrollments. During the annual open enrollment period, you can make changes to your benefits for any reason, whether you want to switch to a different medical plan, add new coverages, or add or drop dependent coverage. If you have a spouse or partner please be sure to include them in your review of the benefits. The decisions you make during this open enrollment period will be effective January 1st through December 31st of 2025.

If you miss the enrollment deadline, you will not be able to enroll in benefits until the next Open Enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event. If you do not enroll in benefits, the only coverage you will have for the remainder of the plan year is company-provided Basic Life insurance, Basic AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.

Welcome to Infoblox! Please take the time review your coverage options and make selections that will support you and your family – physically, emotionally, and financially – through the upcoming year.

What happens if I don’t enroll?

As a new hire, the deadline to enroll is 30 days from your hire date. You must enroll within 30 days if you want to participate in Infoblox benefits. If you miss the enrollment deadline, you will not be able to enroll in benefits until the next Open Enrollment period.

If you do not enroll in benefits, the only coverage you will have for the remainder of the plan year is company-provided Basic Life insurance.

You can review all of your benefits in the Benefits Guide and Benefits Summary below:

Generally, you may only make or change your existing benefit elections as a new hire or during the annual open enrollment period.

Make sure to notify your Benefits Team right away if you do have a qualifying life event and need to make a change (add or drop) to your coverage election. Life events include (but are not limited to):

  • Birth or adoption of a baby or child
  • Loss of other healthcare coverage
  • Marriage
  • Divorce
  • Emergency contact information
  • Address changes

You have 30 days from the qualified life event to make changes to your coverage. Depending on the type of event, you may need to provide proof of the event, such as a marriage license. If you do not make the changes within 30 days of the qualified event, you will have to wait until the next open enrollment period to make changes (unless you experience another qualified life event).

Current employees can report a qualifying life event in PeopleHub. Access PeopleHub from your Okta homepage, then go to the Benefits app and select "Report a Life Event".
